PACKAGING
All my drawings are delivered in fully sustainable, zero-plastic packaging.
Small fine art prints ship in thick, eco-friendly cardboard envelopes.
Large fine art prints are hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes with ecocaps.
Returns
Limited Edition Prints
Have a change of mind? No worries! You can exchange your art for a different print or size where stock is available.*
Just so you know, I do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
Custom Portraits
Consent is required before printing commences, so I do not accept returns or exchanges due to this vigorous approval process.
* Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items must be sent to my Calgary Studio. They will be your responsibility until I receive them. Please make sure to repackage the item in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
Faulty Items & Damages
On those rare occasions when incidents happen, and your order arrives faulty or damaged in transport, please send me a photo. I'll immediately organize a replacement to be shipped back out on a priority service without fuss.
Unforeseen Damages & Disasters
The advantage of my drawing process and medium is that I retain the original digital file of each of my creations. If unforeseen damages like a fire or other disasters occur to your limited edition art, I can offer you a replacement for your purchased order at a reduced price.
Every Custom Portrait includes an email copy of your drawing, providing peace of mind and the convenience of reprinting it yourself in unforeseen circumstances.
